How it all began…

Meditation felt like something far away and unattainable, yet, something I had a lot of curiosity around. At the time I started learning more about it, there was a lot on my mind. I was going through personal challenges and had just retired from a 15 year career as a professional ballerina. I was going through a time of feeling stuck, confused, and restless.

Mindfulness and meditation helped me heal and grow and made such an impact in my life I went to school earned a degree in Holistic Psychology and became certified in Mindfulness Studies so I could share this work with others.

Today, I work as a wellness coach and created the program Movement & Mindfulness. Throughout the years I work one-on-one with clients, hold workshops and teach the program at schools. My passion is to introduce and inspire clients to maintain an ongoing movement practice, and to support clients in reaching their personal wellness goals!
