We’re creating school cultures where students feel calm, focused, and ready to learn.

At Movement & Mindfulness, we partner with schools to bring mindfulness-based tools to students and educators — during the school day, in the classroom, and with your goals in mind.

The Problem:

Students at all grade levels are more distracted and deregulated than ever — 70% of teachers have reported a decline in student attention since the pandemic.

Teachers are working harder than ever to meet the needs of their students — but they shouldn’t have to do it alone.
