About the program

We are a unique program that combines mindfulness with social and emotional development. We offer a mobile service that travels to clients, providing convenience and accessibility. We have experienced instructors who are well-versed in mindfulness techniques, and we focus on practical application of mindfulness in daily life, enhancing retention and effectiveness.

Movement & Mindfulness offers in-person workshops that provide hands-on mindfulness training in various settings. These workshops can be tailored to schools, community centers, or corporate environments, focusing on practical techniques and guided meditation.

The growing awareness of mental health and well-being has led to an increased demand for mindfulness and wellness programs. Programs focused on mindfulness can enhance students' emotional regulation and focus, contributing to a more supportive learning environment.

    Movement

    Students will learn the importance of exercise and practice movements designed to work on strength, flexibility and coordination.

    Mindfulness

    Through experiential learning and using age appropriate meditations, students learn how to integrate mindfulness practices into their everyday life.

    Reflection

    Creating time for refection is a key component to our program. This practice enhances a students understanding of their emotions, thoughts and encourages growth mindset.
